I didn't know about airport shuttle. The hotel is excellent with walking distance to everything and near transportation. There are police 📷 all over the city. It was safe for me.

We visited Sao Paulo on our way to Rio. It is a very big and very modern city, and we are happy we stopped there. This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, in a central location with good restaurants around the area. Brazil streets can be a bit rough, and the hotel staff advised on safety precautions, and helped us to get our first night's dinner in Brazil. There is a Metro station nearby, which is a safe and convenient way to travel around the city

Beautiful hotel. Spacious and very comfortable room overlooking Praça Dom José Gaspar. The staff were very attentive and gave us good advice. Breakfast was great. Negative point: USB sockets on either side of the bed did not work. The card box for switching on the electricity worked with difficulty. The bathroom was full of long hairs on the floor and in the shower. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work and I had to disassemble it to get it to work. The hand soap is super liquid and doesn't lather, it must be mixed with too much water. Only one in two elevators works, so you have to be very (very) patient.

Was given an accessible room, which is fine, but the bathroom flooded during showers with water wanting to escape into the hallway! Also, the room felt like it could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was included and is okay, but I kind of wish I gone to a nice cafe for a good coffee and pastry. There’s plenty in the area and on that note the location is good, if you want to be in the centre of the city.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns leider nicht überzeugt – die Umgebung wirkte unsicher und es waren viele Obdachlose in der Nähe. Das Zimmer selbst war von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung und optisch recht schön, allerdings sehr hellhörig. Der Lärmpegel war extrem hoch, man hatte das Gefühl, als würde direkt nebenan ein Helikopterlandeplatz sein. Auch der Straßenverkehr war trotz unseres Zimmers im 10. Stock deutlich hörbar. Ein großer Minuspunkt war das Frühstück: Schon am ersten Tag haben wir uns eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen und waren dadurch zwei Tage außer Gefecht gesetzt. Insgesamt leider kein Aufenthalt, den wir weiterempfehlen würden.

Hotel muito bom,cama confortável,limpeza boa, quarto amplo,chuveiro excelente.Café da manhã variado e bom.O staff é atencioso,gentil,solícito.O hotel só tem um problema (que não é dele) na vizinhança existe um lugar que tem som muito alto ,batuque tipo escola de samba que incomoda nos finais de semana até perto de meia noite no sábado e das 11h da noite no domingo.de 2a feira a 4a feira não houve batuque em horário nenhum.Talvez uma comunicação / reclamação ao orgão compentente responsável pela lei e ordem do silencio após 22h pudesse obrigar este lugar a prover isolamento acústico para não prejudicar o hotel.
