"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"O hotel tem ótimas instalações, porém, precisa melhorar muito. Por outras avaliações e pela minha própria experiência, notei que o hotel tem ficado lotado de hóspedes, fazendo com que o único lugar que serve as alimentações (café, almoço e jantar) esteve abarrotado de gente, filas intermináveis, calor humano, super lotação desse espaço. Isso faz com que a qualidade despenque. Passei por 3 jantares, poucas opções e não vi a qualidade que primetem. Sobre o quarto: cama ampla e boa, ar condicionado...
