「現地にスタッフが不在で、入室方法がメッセージで届く。それ自体は問題はないが、hotel.comのメッセージは外出先でエラーが出て読むことが出来ず、電話もつな がらず、到着時に大変苦労した。また、wifiの電源がたびたび切れて、きちんと設備が維持されているとはいえなかった。

「Warm and cozy, plenty of room to be comfortable with a large dog. Amazing views as always! A home away from home with allThe conveniences. Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful. 」
