「Excellent service, ambience and cleanliness. This hotel has a small footprint, making it easy to maneuver and cozy, yet elegant and relaxing. Running alongside the hotel is the Erie Canal with a lovely walking and bike path and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view. This is a place to stay when you want repose. 「I think I liked pretty much everything about this property except they had terrible pillows on the bed. Too big and uncomfortable to sleep on so that made for a less than a perfect night sleep. The bed was fine. I could hear the people in the next room in the morning fortunately I had earplugs. 」
