Several scary individuals hanging out in parking lot when we got there, property needs updated, rooms were clean but the rest of it needs some work.

Comfortable beds. But thats about it, no hot water in the shower. So be ready to get a cold shower, and none at the front desk to talk to. Toilet floor was visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned.

I feel room can be cleaned better .. it says non smoking .. but room smells a lot as someone did smoke all day .

Expedia should not list this property; sketchy awful. No hot water, no warm water, no shampoo, no conditioner just bar of soap. Outlets didn’t work. Area outside had late night linger in parking lot. T hi property is sad and a fraud to charge a night stay. Expedia remove this property.

The rooms were terrible. It took 5 room changes when we checked in to find a room that everything worked. 3 had broken door lock systems and the other 2 had no air and broken refrigerator. The desk manager said to just leave the security bar closed to stop the door from shutting so it couldn’t lock and we could get back into the room. When we said they we would be gone for 5 hours not just down to get ice he said it wouldn’t be an issue because they only rented to nice people. Meanwhile the hotel was full of section 8 and addicts. Worst place I have ever seen. I will sleep in my car before I will ever set foot in that establishment again.

The room was ok. I ended up checking out a day early and instead of refunding the last day, they adjusted the rate. They must run a halfway house or something out of there or something. They only cleaned the room once during my stay, but for the price it was alright.

The room had peeling wall paper, TV did not work, WiFi passcode provided was case sensitive and spelled wrong, pillows uncomfortable. Elevator was held together by duct tape.

While the property and room were clean, there were just a few things that were slightly "off." We had a coffee maker in our room, but no coffee. The room itself was nice but it was down a very long hall (far from the elevator and entry area) and there didn't seem to be any other guests in that area. It appeared that the upper floors may be used more as apartments than a motel. While never a problem, they were usually groups of people in the parking lot just hanging out.

It took 3 tries to get a key that work. Unfortunately for someone else the room they gave us opened up to a naked man standing there! We finally got into a room that was VERY nice. After a bit of a delay things were fine. A bit disturbed still as im sure the naked man is as well.

The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. About 12:30 AM someone attempted to enter the room with a key. Luckily I had the latch hooked so they could not enter the room. I think the front desk may have double-booked the room.

You get what you pay for. And for about $100, you can experience living in a homeless encampment - looks like 1/2 of the hotel doubles as a homeless shelter as does the hotel adjacent. Room was clean though.

Online reviews looked good so i booked it. Traveling home from a trip to BBHofF. Planned to go to jamestown but companion wasnt feeling well. I found this place well getting dinner. Cost and reviews for just a sleep over arriving about 930, sleep, snd go leave for home fairly early. It all seemed good. We arrive and immediately feel weird. Property was run down outside. Landscaping shoddy, parking lot a mess with pot holes. And a group of loud young adults hanging by the entrance, smoking ciggs, weed, and i suspected a meth head was among them, based on one of the groups members having face pits and pretty rough looking, with a mop head of hair. Anyway they paid us no mind, we walked right by them. But it just isn’t a good look and you immediately feel uneasy about staying. Once i side the door the lobby is musty smelling , snd that weed/druggish metallic like smell. So wr go inside to check in. Other then waiting several mins for a desk clerk it was smooth and Up to the room we go. Elevator is jerky and i saw no license on it. We used the stairs after that. Up stairs hallway same smell as downstairs. Went to get our luggage. And saw two members of the group fighting and punching each other. At this point i really was thinking of leaving. To our surprise, our room was clean!!! And did not smell!! All good stuff. Made it a little easier to spend the night. Still felt uneasy staying there. At some point cops came and broke up the group.

The pictures online and what you will encounter are on completely different ends of the spectrum. There seems to be a homeless shelter operating on certain floors of the hotel. The hotel stay served it purpose, we will not go back.
