"Everything was great! Our room was basic and not anything fancy, but it was more importantly clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, but weirdly not uncomfortable. The elevators were small and old, but it’s NYC and the building is old. However, it seems to be maintained well. The check-in was easy. All the staff was incredibly helpful and answered our questions more than sufficiently! It is a fabulous place to use as a hub location, as it’s in the center of everything, but not to close the chaos of Times Square. We will definitely stay there again!
My only suggestion, or hope, is for the Hotel to consider having a locked area for luggage, if they are going to provide services for customers to hold luggage either before check-in or after checkout. Although everything was safe and our bags were missing nothing, it’s just a sense of security for the customer to know the baggage is safe and they are able to explore the city knowing that everything is secure and without needing to lug things around with them."
