It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

Very nice newer hotel. Best Hampton Inn that I ever stayed in. Breakfast is great! AC works really well. Important this time of year. Relaxing pool.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

Great hotel

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this. Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

Outstanding. Don't get VIP transportation, save tons of time by just Ubering.

Really happy with our family's stay at this property, where you also get access to the amenities and pools of the sister hotel next door as well. Luxury service, food and especially drinks much better and higher quality than at other all-inclusive hotels I've been to in Mexico. Service across the board - housekeeping, wait staff, concierge, etc. - was impeccable! My only complaint is that the restaurants and lobbies aren't well air-conditioned so the only place to go for relief from the heat is...

We booked the room last minute after traveling all day. It was conveniently close to the airport. We hadn’t eaten all day and we ordered room service. They were quick and the food was great. We were very happy with our stay

Staff friendly and responsive. Great beach access.

It was a great family resort for a week long stay. Safe location for our older teens to enjoy family time and freedom

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming. I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to. It was a...

When we stayed at this brand new hotel the first part of November, it was still getting some finishing touches. That said, it was still an incredible stay. The staff was outstanding. Sayeg, the hotel's front desk and on the ground contact point attended to our every need. The rest of the staff greeted us by name and always asked if we were in need of anything. The room was large, appointed in contemporary, vibrant and locally made furnishings with a full kitchen. The central courtyard/pool...

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

The customer service imakes you want to come back the staff goes above and beyond I would totally recommend this hotel the food was better than good . We got the VIP wristbands and they are totally worth it . I can’t say enough good things about this place .

Everything was definitely a wonderful experience 😊

Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive.

First off, this review might sound like I work there, but please trust me,I 100% do not.Our first time to Garza Blanca.I also never write reviews, but I had to do one for here.Regardless,This hotel to the nines. My family and I just came back from an absolutely amazing vacation at Garza Blanca. We normally stay at Four Seasons or Ritz or other very high end resorts. They weren't available so we gave Garza Blanca a shot. From the moment we arrived, we were granted by the manager Alan, and he was so...

My brother and I stayed at 1 hotel from December 6 through December 20th 2023. He had room 230, I had room 229. we really enjoyed our stay there for a lot of reasons. There is a washer and dryer on the floor, near our rooms, available by appointment in 2 hour blocks. The swimming pool was a very nice way to end a tiring day of dental appointments. The weather was 80⁰F quite a bit of the time and the pool was refreshing and relaxing. Another big plus for us, since we had many appointments, was...
