「Underwhelming. We primarily chose this hotel because they accommodated our two dogs…and that was the only plus. Unfortunately the place is very run down. The frame of the sofa/bed in our room was broken. There was nothing more than bright overhead lights in the room which was harsh after the sun went down, and the fan had only one speed - on or off. 「M family and I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and the views are great. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother and aside from a couple of steps the access around the property is really good. The best part was the staff. Everyone stood out as excellent and took a lot of pride in their work. By far the staff member he stood out most was Eric. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had every need met.
