「Nunca se limpio mi habitación, nunca nos cambiaron las toallas se supone que es un hotel y en u hotel esperar ese servico que es muy básico, no se respeta el horario de 9 pm de la alberca los huéspedes pueden estar a deshoras y no dejan descansar,el internet es muy mala.」

「Unfortunately, as an older traveler, the lack of elevator made access (especially to the pool) difficult...the access to the swimming pool was dangerous without a handrail into the pool - this is something that can be fixed...the staff were wonderful - very helpful and courteous...the hotel location was excellent...the "fresh drinking-water stations" weren't very useful, since the water could only be taken with small cups (provided)...all-in-all, a good experience...」

「Underwhelming. We primarily chose this hotel because they accommodated our two dogs…and that was the only plus. Unfortunately the place is very run down. The frame of the sofa/bed in our room was broken. There was nothing more than bright overhead lights in the room which was harsh after the sun went down, and the fan had only one speed - on or off. Great location, very central, but there are many hotels that offer the same location/proximity. We were denied early check-in as well as a request...
