「The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). 「This property exceeded our expectations. Getting day on day one was a little scary cuz the main road is in very poor shape, but that's not the fault of the condominium people. Once we arrive to the condominium building the whole process was smooth, the facilities wonderful, the pool fantastic, and the actual room perfect. Communication with the management was smooth and timely. I would totally recommend this place if you're looking forward to a pleasant time in Puerto Vallarta.」

"立地はビーチから少し離れていますが、周りにビール屋やコンビニがあり利便性がよいです。夜も騒がしくなく快適に過ごせました。地下駐車場も完備されており安全に車を停めることができました、ただ狭いのが難点です。 部屋もプールも写真通りの清潔さで毎日ビーチタオルも交換してくれ快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフも素晴らしく親切で本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました、またサユリタに戻ることがあればこちらのホテルに滞在したいです。"
