「Room was exactly as described! Central location and close to everything! I typically don’t leave reviews, but thought this place deserved one! My daughter and I checked in after office hours and they made the process very easy! Will definitely stay here again when back in the area! 」

「Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. 」

「Very clean and well stocked. I do recommend buying your own tp n paper towels tho, it's sand paper. Very easy check in and out. Fast response for maintenance or service, simple text. 」

「Room was not very clean and furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. We booked a room for 4 people. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the first night, they didn’t have bedding for it. No sheets or blankets. 」

「Large unit, very clean. Too many email and texts with info on check in and all codes needed to get in building and room. Was confusing and took a day to figure out (but only there basically 2 nights and 1 day). Be careful if you have a lifted vehicle. I called ahead to see if there was going to be a problem parking (I have a 6” lift on my truck). Nobody could tell me. Luckily, I was able to get in and out with only my antenna hitting the ceiling (we had to dodge a few lights hanging down). Just...

「Location: Great. Right on the main road near UAB Hospital. Grocery and eateries within walking distance. Check-in : Poor. International phone and card holders BEWARE! the managers will not send an information to an international number. The check-in process is not explained clearly and can be an absolute nightmare.
