"The breakfast menu sucked they didn’t have any juice i ask there where the juice was they said i had to pay for and purchase it out of the machine the breakfast was only waffles(u had to make yourself) no one asked if i needed help or assistance with anything they wasn’t even busy also i cancelled my reservation n changed it to Saturday till Monday but i got charged for Friday night n had to check out Sunday the maid was the only one that was nice and pleasant she deserves a raise she knows how to talk to people and treat them the night n morning shift girls was rude n not helpful at all plus i was supposed to have two beds but instead i got put in a one bed handicap room that me n my 16 granddaughter had to sleep in n she’s a wild sleeper so that was not helpful to my back but these ladies don’t care they didn’t care "

"The. Hotel appears to be fairly new. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT and I mean EVERYONE, from the valets, desk staff, dining room and housekeeping! Excellent. If I had one issue, it would be the replenishing of the items in the rooms like shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea area. Other than that, it was fabulous. We will definitely stay again. Thank you "
