「It was a good location, and overall it was a nice place. However, there was black hair all over the floors and towels and bedding. We had to wash everything and pick up chunks off of the floor, so we don’t believe it was cleaned well prior to check-in. And the check-in process was not simple as we had to fill out their check-in form twice and didn’t know they didn’t have the first one until we were already there. But once we were in, it was okay. 「Very comfortable, clean, modern, easy check in, very convenient parking. Excellent communication with the host.」

「Enjoyed my stay! Host was great」

「Great location, very nice!」

「As advertised. Great value and people were great!」

「The price was great for our night in Birmingham. Many places to walk for meals and drinks. The view was amazing. This was a nice place. Just a few things that have been discussed with owner. Communication was excellent. You have to park on street. Bring a hair dryer. Mornings are bright with those windows.」

「Absolutely amazing communication by the property manager. She was Johnny on the spot and very nice. Highly recommend this place, great little neighborhood with a fire station around the corner.」
