「Shower valve almost impossible to turn」

「I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!」

「Love the doggie door and fenced in backyard.Quiet location, we didn't go to the water because we didn't know the intended access point for this rental. It appeared the only access to the water was on someone else property, so we lounged around for a much needed 3 days.Regardless we had fun and cooked A LOT」
