"Had a great stay overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, cozy, and provided a very comfortable night’s rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, though the dining area can get quite busy during peak morning hours. Would gladly stay here again!"

"This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations.
