Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. "We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"Property was convenient and staff pleasant. The unit itself was not the cleanest and had many broken items. The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children."

"We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice. There was a stiff per night amenities fee, but NO AMENITIES! When we asked if we could leave our bags for 30 minutes at the desk while...

"We had urine in one of the beds and the room was dirty and hardware rusting. It was a terrible experience. We had to leave 2 days early and begged for a refund but were denied. A long standing EXPEDIA customer who was very unhappy."
