「It’s good as usual.」

「That was an annoying stay. The room category we booked was premium queen 2 beds which clearly described as having extra seating area on official website. However the room we got had no extra seating area. The front desk insist it is a premium room but how could you cut a main feature which differentiate from a deluxe room? I would not book a room if there is no extra seating area. The more annoying thing was how they handled this. They changed us to another room with only one single Sofa and...

「Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good. Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable.」

「My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!」
