The room was clean and nicely decorated. The room was also quiet. The staff were very helpful. The on-site restaurant had a nice selection of food and excellent service. The bar was also nice. In addition, our group booked appointments at the Spa. After a long day of sight-seeing, this was a nice place to relax. They have a nice selection of services to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to DC.

The Willard is a grand old hotel that lives up to its reputation. Our room was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff was outstanding in their prompt service, starting with Ramona at check-in; she was wonderful and very helpful. Five stars isn't enough!
