"We liked the hotel a lot, beautiful decorations spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean helpful staff. Nice bathroom. A very convenient location just a block away from the train station. A 7eleven almost across from the hotel. Good air conditioning made out stayed wonderful."

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "We loved this hotel! We purchased rooms with lounge access…. Totally amazing!!! Breakfast cooked to ordered.. large buffet…. Great place to wrap up the day with a glass of bubbles and a few snacks!!! The location was great.. close to the metro, but very quiet and safe.. The staff was amazing.. highly recommend this hotel!"
