"We recently stayed there with our kids and we lived the property! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Lots of things to do such as foot bath, public bath, koi pond and very close to the outlet mall. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"This hotel booking included half board. We requested our special needs and we were extremely happy with the meal preparation and presentation. The public bath/onsen was good and so was the private onsen in the room. The transportation was timely and staff even helped us to load and unload our luggage.
