"Great concept for a hotel - one side offers the full view of Mt Fuji, another side offers the thrills of Fuji Speedway. The breakfast is excellent (food & views), with views of Mt Fuji. We signed up for a driving course at Fuji Speedway, which is connected to the hotel. The only issue is that it's quite remote, and it's best to drive there (roads to the hotel are very dark at night). There are no convenience stores such as 7-11 nearby, you have to drive about 2-3kms out to get to the nearest...

"Overall you get what you pay for, probably the cheapest options in the area. Room is basic but super nice bathroom, big bathtub, strong water pressure and clean bathroom. However, it would be better if they can improve the room smell. I think they tried by placing with some air freshener inside the room. But there’re some damped smells, which stinks all my clothes and towels even they are in my luggage. Location wise- close to the shop strews and there’s a drugstore opened until midnight next...

"Japanese customer service is bar none, the highest amongst other country. The staff speak English and are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both western style and Japanese style cuisine. The room however is that of a typical business hotel in Japan. The mattress was as hard as a rock and the room had bugs inside of it. Wallpaper was peeling and the room had an unpleasant smell to it. If you absolutely need a place to stay for the night, this will do but if you have...
