"A very thoughtful set up and breakfast is way better than how they advertised it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free shuttle to Kawaguchigo station but only 20 min walk if you want to do it. A 7 min walk to a grocery stores which open kind of late at 9am. Not too many restaurants around so plan accordingly. "

The lobby is nice but the view of lake Ashi was breathtaking. The onsen was something special. It has multiple baths and an open air setting that will be hard to top.
