"Amazing breakfast"

"Outstanding! We'll maintain, super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the laundry room area has an upstairs area where can relax with view of Mt Fuji. Snacks area with actual meals, coffee that are free. Perfect for solo travel and family. If you are planning a hike/ trip to Mt Fuji, you want to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Great place to stay as secluded quiet location was needed after a few days in Tokyo! Lovely Onsen which can be booked out privately! Staff are amazing and will drive you to restaurants/ konbinis so you can relax. "

"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"
