"Top knotch hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a premier double with one king bed. It was large and very comfortable room. Great layout with a lot of space for luggage. Had a view of the city and Sapporo Station. Connecting walkway at basement level to Sapporo Station and subway lines. Shops and food along the corridor. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Lots of choices, both Japanese and American style. Freshly prepared omelets as well. Concierge recommended a great place to have dinner with a view just outside JR Station that was great without breaking the bank. Had a problem turning on our air purifier (language issue), called the front desk and a person arrived within 5 minutes to get it going."

"Near to many eateries, JR Sapporo station only 5minutes away and walkable to Odori Park & Susukino shopping area. Perhaps rooms shld have more wall hooks to hang clothings "

"A little dated but room was reasonable size for Japan and had absolutely everything. Comfy bed and pillows, great wifi, spotless bath and shower, blackout curtains etc. Just a few minutes from the main station and near a selection of local bus stops so perfect for days out. Staff were efficient and we had a great stay here ."
