パガムの四つ星ホテル

「Staff was very helpful with arranging taxis etc.」

「Location not in walking distance of anything such as stores or railways. Short drive to Portsmouth Harbour. Quiet area.」

「The location and available parking was excellent.」

「 Nice.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was not okay. They washed a white T shirts with a pair of blue jeans and the t shirts came to have blue color. Breakfast was very tasty. It is recommended to go to the dining early so that you can have a plenty of time to enjoy their foods and service. 」

As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK.」

「Helpful and friendly couple. Great location.」

「The property was great for parking and good service from the staff.」

「This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering our room, we discovered bed bugs on the curtains, as well as brown stains on the bed sheets and pillows. As we were traveling with small children, staying in such unsanitary conditions was absolutely not an option. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, but there were no staff members available, as they had already left for the night. Left with no other choice, we left a written note at...
