"A new hotel, clean and typical Japanese omotenashi. Usual issues in common with all Japanese hotels with lack of adequate clothes storage (no wardrobe) even for a larger size room. King size room design was visually pleasing but functionally compromised as a result....limited storage, with space compromise for visual effect.Not a fan of this new fashion of having lobby mid building(20th floor) and having to walk through lobby to get another lift to room. Having said that this is a lovely hotel...

"Wonderful high end hotel in good proximity to waterfront walk & Pacifica conference center. Get a high floor with executive lounge access for a complete western or japanese breakfast & teatime. Staff is extremely helpful though not much English spoken. No concierge to arrange excursions, but staff did research & found what i wanted"

"One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and full of free stuff like cookies, drinks, bath products, even hairbrush! The room layout and space was just right, not too big, not too small. The bathroom also has good configuration and design. The location was perfect as it was near a convenient store and many restaurants."

"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The breakfast was pricey, but filling and delicious...

Very comfortable large room with a proper bath and plenty of room to walk around. Millions of shops nearby, including a Takashimaya just across the bridge from the hotel. "

"We had a great stay! The building itself is new and clean, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities are great, lots of shopping around, and extremely accessible by train with the closest station literally a minute‘s walk. Good restaurants and grocery very close by(the Indian restaurant around the corner is fantastic), just an all round great experience. Highly recommend!!"
