「We absolutely love everything about this hotel. Clean spacious rooms, everything works perfectly. Close to restaurants and bars, easy parking. Great showers and pristine towels and bed linen. Special thank-you to Alicia, so lovely, helpful and friendly! We always get a warm welcome at our favourite hotel in Sheffield; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!」

「front desk staff are not nice, not kind, the hotel has no car park, I asked front desk a map of the car park, but the girl immediately said no, I am a Japanese and do not know the area, staff should be kind and nice to customer, also when i checked out, other girl did not say thank you, even I told her thank you, this is very unusual in Japan. 」

「コロナ対策で朝食サービスが簡易的であったが、状況を考慮すると許容可能な内容。スタッフはフレンドリーで、清潔感もあり、価格との比較で、満足度は高い。また利用したい。」

「イギリスっぽくないホテルです。広いし、清潔で、バスローブもついていて、ベッドサイドに充電プラグと電話を置ける椅子があるのが良かった。スタッフは、受付とレストランを兼任でした。前夜に頼むと朝食が３ポンド安くなります。レストランはおいしいし、スタッフもとても親切でしたが、少し高いように思いました。」

「I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔.
