「Short family vacation, but this was our third time staying at the Sandpearl Resort. We love it!!」

「Rented a room for 5 no vent in the toilet room, A/C supply vent only one for three different spaces pointing one of the beds 」

「The property was beautiful, new, and clean. The young girl Cassie at check in was so nice and helpful. The bartender at the pool bar was named Julie and she was the nicest to our whole family. We will be back, the beach was very private and easy to enjoy. 」

「Location was perfect so close to downtown and walk to the Pinellas Trail, Blue Jay Stadium for example. The home was very well stocked (this is a huge plus if you are first time renters), clean and furnished. Golf cart and bikes included - what a bonus! Host was generous, personable and quick to respond (on the spot). Even got a lizard in my shorts at no extra cost! Really hope to book this property for 2024 - highly recommend. So sad to leave and return to the Great White North.」

「We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...
