"The hotel is in an excellent location. The lobby is decorated with random, interesting art & is a great place to hang out. The room & hotel is immaculately clean. The staff at the desk where you check yourself in is very friendly & helpful for not only hotel questions but city/sightseeing/safety question. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe here, both in the hotel & the surrounding areas. The hotel is very convenient to public transit within Miami & is about 4 blocks from the train...

"My husband and I stayed and the Langford before our cruise. The hotel was very convenient, close to the port (7 minuets by Uber). The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us amazing tips on where to eat and what’s around us. The room was clean and comfortable, Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"OK room, but a bit pricey. Issues with bathroom: toilet had garbage inside when we got in, some supplies were damaged, and one cannot turn the shower on without getting wet, and since it takes time for the hot water to come, it was not pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from the fun downtown attractions."

"East is a gorgeous hotel with great location and access to all Brickell has to offer. Rooms are stunning, we had a residential suite one bedroom city view. Louder noise from cars on the city view side was a bit much at night so a higher view or bayside view would be our choice next stay but overall highly recommended. "
