"The hotel is very easy to access from the Shinkansen station without needing to cross any streets. The breakfast was quite good and with variety we find in typical business hotels in Japan. "

"The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in. "

"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."

"It lives up to its name with peaceful, park surroundings. Beautiful reception and high quality food served for breakfast. Felt like being in a grand restaurant. Everything was unique, farm fresh milk and cream. Banquet to savour anyone’s tastes. The amenities in the room were high quality along with robes and slippers. Some unique features of the shower but just a new custom. "
