Originally we were put in a different room that had a dirty shower, headboard and radiator and had broken furniture alongside curtains that opened to a wall, the window was way above our heads, so had minimal light, the reception kindly moved us to a better basic room which was very kind of them and they were always super helpful! "Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "
