"I absolutely loved staying here! Although the building is somewhat dated… the service was exceptional, the beds were so fluffy and comfortable, the showers were hot and strong, and the location was key. The concierge at the front desk spoke great english, and helped us book our train tickets, navigate through the area to find the best eating spots, and booked us an in-room massage. The lakeview was stunning, and the hotel was only a short wall to the Fuji Panoramic Gondola, the Sake Brewery Tour...
