Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive. The staffs are very friendly and we highly recommend this place if you want comfortable vacation and convinient location on everything.

It was a peaceful stay. Check-in/check-out is done by tablet and was easy to understand. It was nice having a microwave in the room. I thought it would be scary to have a room open right to the outdoors, but it was convenient for coming and going quickly. There are snacks available, and the rooftop terrace is nice (beware of bugs like mosquitoes, though). The bed was comfortable. The TV is one of those with Netflix, Abema, YouTube, but no regular TV stations...? I couldn't find any regular...

Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it.... Positives - shuttle bus service from the train/bus station is fantastic. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was beautiful (room 807), dinner was clearly lovingly...

A unique experience! Comfortable, very clean, and the staff were very hospitable. The onsen were very relaxing. Most notable was the food—absolutely stunning presentation and very interesting (we are new to Japanese food). The ryokan is on the quieter side of town but it’s still possible to walk to the attractions, especially on the path beside the lake.

Good location, very nice rooms and onsen. Plenty of parking area. Onsen room was cold, very unusual. Other then that, hotel is clean and nice. GREAT view, if you pick the rooms with terrace, looking over Mt. Fuji.

Beautiful view, hot tub outside with view is breath taking, food was good, staff were VERY nice.

The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

Great little hotel with great view… recommend meal service.

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

Owner was very nice and it's got a nice view of Fujisan.

Very comfortable hotel to stay

First time ever in Japan for both myself and my fiancé, this hotel has Amazing staff, friendly and helped us call taxis and get around. Breakfast was so good, we did western and loved it. There was a view of Mt.Fuji from our room. The amenities in the room and the open air bath were endless. Great town for seeing real Japan. Fun places to visit close by. A clean, comfortable modern hotel with a view of Mt Fuji that can’t be beat!! Close to downtown with shuttle service to the transportation hub.
