"Pros: Close to restaurants and stores Cons: Unsafe, no lock on gate, room is unsanitary, no staff, bathroom dirty, very hot shower and there was no way to control it. "

I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. "It was in an easy to get to postion from the national express bus station. I would always book again if I was going to wembley , the public transport to Wembley from here was fantastic and cheap. "
