Our concerns were: -checklist had missing items to which we were told to report but could not reach their phone or chat app provided -wifi was down and not fixed the whole duration of our stay -towels were plenty (a good thing), but did not seem to be cleaned properly Given it was inexpensive, at the least the host should at least still be available...

"첫날 새벽에 도착해서 좀 저렴한 곳으로 예약을 햇는데 정말 그 돈도 아깝네요. 냄새에 벌레에 슬리퍼는 뭐에 찌들엇는지 축축하고. 찝찝해서 잠도 제대로 못자고 바로 체크아웃하고 롯데호텔로 갔네요. 생각하기도 싫고 다신 가지않을곳입니다"
