The rooms were simple but clean, and Alfie was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. That said, the advertised amenities did not live up to expectations. 「We were not told that there was construction that was happening, on the roof. We should have been warned at check in and either offered a CONSIDERABLE discount or a room change. When we entered into our room there were many problems. Black hair all over the main bathroom floor, a piece of broken glass bigger then my first on the floor in the second bathroom, stained shower curtain in second bathroom, sand and dirt in the master bed on the sheets, no dust pan for the broom, so much food waste...
