「The lady on reception named Michelle was very polite and helpful. I had stayed in a certain room the previous month and asked if I could be allocated the same room on this occasion. What i found different from other hotels was Michelle interacted in conversation, i was not treat as a booking but as a person, the room i previously had was available and was duly allocated to me.
