"Everything was spot on and much better than expected! Location is convenient and close enough to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The laundry was so cool and you can check the progress from the tv in your room. Will definitely come back if we were to visit Osaka again!"

We got a free upgrade to a room with a queen sized bed, which was great since we stayed in Kyoto for five days so having more space made our stay much more comfortable. We also loved that we were less than a 15 minute walk to the downtown shopping area (i.e., Nishiki market, great restaurants, etc.). "The hotel is across the street from the park! Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge! I found the bed to be quite firm and the pillows made of beans but that has been our experience in Japan so far! Everything else is wonderful."
