"Great hotel. Very comfortable, well-appointed room. Super bathroom, shower and toiletries. Loved the chance to recycle our rubbish. Also loved breakfast and evening meal. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent public transport links and of course so handy for the airport. "

"Not keen on the rooms with no windows but other than that good stay , parking pricy £20 a day too but I suppose it’s convenient location , staff are excellent , cleaned everyday and free coffee machine on each floor , breakfast was nice and good selection, 5 min walk to brick lane ."

"This was my fifth stay at the hotel, which I enjoyed as usual. I would recommend it highly and the fact that I am a "regular" speaks volumes. If I were to be critical there are two comments that I would make:- 1. The reception staff did their job competently, but seemed to lack their usual friendliness. 2. There were two large functions taking place, which meant that I had to eat in the bar. I did not have a problem with that, but I imagine that there were a lot of temporary staff working on...
