But it was a surprise I was told there was no such room left when I was checking in. They tried to give me an upgraded room without view. But after I told them I paid higher price for the view, the staff managed to arrange a room with view for me. I really appreciate it. It turned out I watched fireworks on my bed in the night. They charged me $35 for overnight...

"Checked in late at night so didn’t experience much. Parking was sketchy for hotel. Stayed for a total of 12 hours - overnight sleep and out in the morning. Hotel is eerie. Elevators are old, creeky and increased my anxiety. Hallways are dimly lit, not bright enough, Felt like I may have been in a suspense movie. Other than that stay was quiet, tv worked, room was clean. Hotel staff were adequate. However, would not stay again due to the feeling of not wanting to leave my room for the fear of...

"The stay was awesome. The was clean and near the Gaslamp District. The Valet person, Eric. Did a great job, as my Ford F 150 Lightning would not fit in the garage. We left it near the entrance. I would there again in the future."
