「It was renovating and the work from 10am to 5pm disturbed, especially when it rained on one of those rare days in July/Aug. The hotel addressed this very well, upgrading our room and putting us on half board. Will stay again.」

「長旅の途中で疲れをとるのに最適。なんといっても植民地時代の初期の建物なので風格があります。ここに着くとほっとします。８月４～６日、１０日と４泊しました。部屋は十分な広さがあり、落ち着けます。７日の朝は６時に出発と慌ただしかったのですが、頼むとちゃんと６時前に朝食を用意していただけました。１０日に泊まった部屋はトイレの便器から水漏れがあったのが、ちょっと残念でした。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、テラスでの食事も美味しかったです。」

「The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.」

「シングル料金がありリーズナブルで、町からも近く便利だった。従業員がフレンドリーで、ツアーのトラブル解決を色々と手伝ってくれたので助かった。観光から帰ってくると果物が置いてあり、心遣いがうれしかった。朝ごはんも美味しかった。シャワーがちょろちょろとしか出なかったのが残念。」
