「This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). 「A very clean, safe and comfortable property. Definitely more like an air B n B that has some hotel qualities. We enjoy cooking and the Amani had all the cookery we required. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only perplexing part was when we asked to extend our stay. The travel websites I checked said that there were vacancy's but when we inquired the front desk said no and it appeared to me that they didn't even check. Also no elevators so if don't like stairs this may not be for you....

「Very clean and nice, quiet place to stay and relax far away from busy and noisy life. Beautiful garden and amazing ocean. Friendly and helpful staff.」

「Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. It was discovered(By me) that the circuit breaker was turned off so that customers cannot use the air-conditioning/hot water heater. And it was well hotter(stinky...

「Overall a very enjoyable experience. Well fitted out apartments in a great location with easy beach access and convenient for local supermarket, bars and restaurants. My only criticism is the with some of the listing particulars - Breakfast is not included, toiletries only extend to bars of soap, and the bar was not open due to the fact they had 'residents' and wanted to avoid noise. Apart from this misrepresentation I would happily recommend these apartments.」

"スタッフのフレンドリーさはピカイチでした。施設は少し古いですが、丁寧に掃除がされています。白砂の美しいビーチが目の前で、プールとビーチに面したガーデンにたくさんビーチチェアがありますし、ビーチ用タオルの貸し出しもありました。オールインクルーシブで朝昼晩、日中にビーチハウスで飲み物と食べ物の提供があり、夕方4時にはお茶とお菓子タイムもありました。食事の種類はそこまで多くはないですが、バラエティに富んでいて満足でした。"
