The reception staff were a pure delight, so helpful courteous and kind, the room will be the talking point of our whole stay in Japan, for the money we paid we have never stayed in a hotel room with so many facilities anywhere in the world! We highly recommend this hotel and its easy transport links into Tokyo, congratulations to the staff & management for giving us a memorable stay, we will definitely be back in the future!"
