「No view Pool closed, ruck running outside the window for hours」

「The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future 」

「We did not receive the room I requested. They did move us to the correct room. It smelled like cigarettes and cleaning products. There was food under the furniture. Both pools were very green, dirty and not fit to swim in. It cost a lot of money for a very poor experience. The staff was nice.」

「Continental breakfast was only waffles and bread. Nothing more in the facility could use some updating. rooms were cleaned very well and seemed to be maintained as a clean facility. Just needs some updating.」

「Room was good staff was nice. Elevators where down when i was there and was all the way at the top so going up and down was alot. But overall the stay was good. 」

「This place has nowhere to check in. The place was deserted, dirty, and dilapidated. We arrived late at night and had to check into another hotel. I purchased reservation insurance, and it wouldn't let me cancel due to short notice. This place is a shamble. No stars and do not recommend.」

「Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not...

「The view from our room was wonderful from the eighth floor beach and water as far as the eye could see. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved being able to text the front desk if I needed anything from towels to toilet paper. I would definitely recommend and will be using the Indigo again in the future.」
