"I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"Hotel is very fun down Reception staff very unfriendly Don’t take credit card and insist on cash before they give you a room key….even at 1230am Room was facing the street and it was extremely noisy all night On a positive note it was cheap and reasonably located for the old town "

"This property was adequate for my stay in Porto. Located in a great area and easy to walk to most attractions. The apartment itself could benefit from an overall deep cleaning and some updating of furniture. Ex. Mattress, couch. I had an issue with the shower drain. Although, the host was quick to reply, the repair wasn’t enough and issue continued throughout my stay. There was also a broken TV stand that caused you to have lean the TV against the wall and the AC didn’t work properly. All...
