"I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"The hotel is reception free. You get a code online and use it for main entrance and room entrance once you complete the check-in online. Location is great, very close to the main shopping street. AC was working fine and there is a tv in the room too.. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Bed mattress very comfy. Clean bathroom. The room hasn't had a fridge."

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire property – my room, the common areas, and all facilities were spotless at all times. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always happy to assist with any questions and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. The location is another major advantage. Being right in the city centre made it incredibly easy to walk to Porto's main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and transport links. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a comfortable stay in a perfect location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto."
