Saint Helen's Islandの2 Starsホテル

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel during a brief business trip. The desk clerk was extremely helpful as I'd just arrived in Montreal for the first time and needed to find food, transportation and some supplies. I stayed in an amazing room on the ground level but there was some street noise. Thankfully, it was not enough to keep this tired traveler awake all night. The breakfast muffins were marvelous!

everything perfect! fantastic staff

The staff was very welcoming. Great breakfast and excellent location for the hotel.

Courteous and friendly staff. Property looks new and well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Parking is on a public garage.

This tiny hotel was wonderful! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated; comfy beds, big bathroom with plenty of space. The room has a sink, mini fridge and microwave, as well as an electric tea pot and small nespresso machine. They think of everything—space heater, Bluetooth speaker, dishes, a comfy chair and little bar area to eat. The location is perfect, right in the middle of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Upon Arrival, Jeremie was our first point of contact at the front desk. He was spectacular. He checked us in in seconds, suggested several dinner spots within walking distance, and provided everything we could want or need. Also, every time we passed by the Front Desk and Jeremie was there, he greeted us by name, asked how we were doing, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only improvement they could make is the...

Staff was super helpful

Clean room, nice staff, weird smell in hallway, free parking, okay breakfast

Small room with all the space you need to sleep with very comfortable bed and bedding. Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful to a non-French speaker.

We had a good stay. Comfortable room, nearby dining options, nice pool and good breakfast. Convenient access to the highway.

We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

The property is new and clean and the staff was very helpful they spoke english and where helpful

Bed was great. Good location

What an excellent location and a great room! We loved how roomy it was, how comfortable the beds were, and the kitchenette that had everything we needed to eat our own choices of food. The IGA is just a short walk down the street. We decided to have some charcuterie options for or breakfasts and lunches. Just perfect. Chinatown is only about 2 blocks away and there are many dining options in just about every direction from the hotel. We didn’t have a car, which was never a problem. We’d stay...
