Conditions were horrible, the smell of mold as soon as you open the door, stained blankets. We didn’t stay for even 10 minutes. Couldn’t do it

Booked a kitchenette. The stove did not work at all. There was an old mini fridge that was unsanitary. While there was a new mini fridge as well it was gross and dirty inside. The microwave took 12 minutes to heat up our food. I was unable to prep the rest of my kids food because the stove was not working. The rooms said no smoking but the whole room reeled like cigarettes. I needed to leave after one night (booked three) due to family emergency. Hotel said I needed to speak with Expedia since I booked online. Expedia was unable to reach hotel management to resolve issues. Not expecting a 5-star hotel when booking a motel but also not expecting a complete waste of money

Shitiest place I have been to. Nothing was working, no room service, no towels, no toilet paper, no door locks, no windows, no mirrors, fridge not working, shower not draining, intercom not working. No response from motel for multiple service requests. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I cant say enough good stuff about the staff they were very kind and acoomadating and on the inside of the rooms although a bit dated and not the cleanest it wasnt horrible they had a nice little set up and i think with a few renovations and a good cleanup this place would be great Over all if you need a quick cheap place for the night its alright but if your looking for a nice clean and updated place then id look elsewhere
