"The bed was wonderful, the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the airport was great. The drivers were so nice. Check in was great the staff was so nice to us. We arrived early and had our bags checked in and they told us to have breakfast. Definitely staying at this hotel again. "

"It was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. The shuttle drivers were delightful and helpful. The morning's check out clerk could have been warmer and more welcoming. Other than that, i was surprised that the TV menu did not include the tennis channel and that breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or omelets."

"I didn't experience the big issues others seem to have had except for the smell of smoke which barely bothered me. Yes, I think there's "work" happening in some rooms but I had no issues, my room was clean and every single request I made to staff was honoured promptly. I saw or heard nothing that made me feel unsafe. At this rate in this city it's a good deal. "

"Great budget-friendly option close to A LOT. The staff was phenomenal. Great simple breakfast (bagels/muffins, but they were delicious). Definitely could use updating and while decor was tired, it was clean. Bed was a bit firm for my partner’s liking. Overall pleased and would stay again."

"Heritage Hotel was a great choice for my trip to Manhattan. Any easy walk to 6th Ave and from there you can walk north or south to many parts of town. Helpful and friendly staff also. "
