Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The vending machine was also not working during our stay. On top of that, when we were about to check out, we had to wait around 40 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. Overall, the amount we were charged was not worth the experience.

It sufficed for one night, but a drawer on one of the nightstands was broken; few things securely plugged into the outlet next to the right side of the bed, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and I can't walk barefoot on that carpet!

Staff was very rude, condescending and did not listen to a simple inquiry. Its unfortunate because the room was actually decent. Management should look into employing staff that cares about their patrons. I have zero plans on returning.

No hot water. Noisy staff. Few amenities (no chair, no table, no lights until we complained). Looked abandoned from the outside. Way too expensive for what we received. We'll think very hard before we book another hotel through Expedia (if ever).

Clean room. Parking available under the underpass. Adequate for 1-4 nights. Long-term stay may want more. Fridge in room. Mid-level accommodations. Would definitely stay again. This is a place to sleep, not a hotel to hang out. Great location.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and felt completely neglected. Basic cleanliness was missing—unpleasant smells, stained linens, and fixtures that barely worked. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent, offering no real support when issues were raised. Amenities advertised online were either unavailable or in terrible condition. Overall, the hotel felt unsafe, unprofessional, and not at all worth the money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and booking literally anywhere else.

We came at 5.30PM, we were told the room was ready and given a key (although just one key for 3 people was not ideal). When we got to the room the room was wide open, sheets were on the floor and the room hadn’t yet been cleaned. Thankfully the cleaners cleaned the room in around 15 minutes to a good standard, but the whole process was awful.

Do not bring your family here. They literally have hourly rates… Not a joke. The room smells like a smokers home after years of smoking indoors. Honestly, Expedia/google etc should stop selling this. It’s not fair to their customers. I ended up leaving for another hotel.

Well, my husband and I did not have any issues while we were staying at this hotel overnight and the room was clean. When I walked in, I felt like I was in a convenience store with the glass in between the worker and myself. They also have hourly rates posted at the check-in desk. And while we were checking in, I was staring at the sign, wondering who would need hourly rates at this hotel, and only one thing came to my mind. I would not stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty, noisy, smelled SO badly of cigarettes and the front-desk service didn't show up for an hour so we were left to sit on the floor and wait for them. It was awful, and now they won't even help me with a refund for the nights we ended up not staying there. Absolutely insane.

Morning 1 was woke up by housekeeping laughing and yelling in front of my door. Morning 2 was woke up by a loud crowd coming in at 4:45. Paper thin walls. Loud elevator ring. No hairdryer. Terrible water pressure and no hot water. Only positive was the price.
