Close to downtown great city view

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

This is a really nice apartment, super usable kitchen, three bedrooms, it really made traveling with my son and sister very easy - we each had our own space. It's also super close to great stores including Whole Foods, REI, and more. Also accessible to nearby subway lines.

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. The loft was clean and well cared for. Adjustable thermostats for each area. Bathroom was beautiful and there was a double sink and large shower. There are some games in the living room for downtime. There is a Green line on the L just a 10 minute walk away that gets you straight to downtown Chicago. My daughter LOVED her bed as well as the all stuffies that they were decorated with. I stay here often and its consistently a prime spot in the area. The location is great as it's close to many places but not overly congested. The larger rooms at the either end of each floor have microwaves and mini fridges as well as lots of space. Other guests can be noisy and inconsiderate at times but that's an issue of manners and upbringing and not on the hotel.

Clean and quiet. I did see a bug on my pillow though
